With profound sorrow and hearts filled with love, the International Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows, Inc. mourns the transition of our beloved 7th International President, Dr. Janie Charles Holmes.
​
Affectionately known throughout our sisterhood as “MP7,” Dr. Holmes leaves an enduring legacy of faith, distinguished leadership, devoted service, and sisterly love. Her gracious spirit and commitment to IAMWMW touched countless lives and helped strengthen the foundation upon which our sisterhood continues to stand.
​
Although our hearts are saddened, we give God thanks for her life, her leadership, and the many seeds of love and service she planted.
MP7 will forever hold a treasured place in the history and heart of IAMWMW.
​
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. May God surround them with His comfort, peace, and sustaining strength.

As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
